Overview

The BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Resource Kit is a collection of useful tools and other resources to further help IT departments administer and manage their BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution. Upgrade

A new version of the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Resource Kit will follow after each posting of a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version release. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit will generally not include hotfixes or development builds after each release.

Note: Please ensure your version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit matches the version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server you are running. For example, if you have BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 Service Pack 2 for Microsoft® Exchange, you should be using BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit v4.1.2. Only the first 3 numbers of the software version are required to match for compatibility (BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit v4.1.2 will run with all builds of BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1.2).
