Upgrade Your BlackBerry Professional Software
Add More Users
To add more users to your BlackBerry® Professional Software, you will need to order one Client Access License (CAL) for each additional user you would like to add (up to a limit of 30 total users). BlackBerry Professional Software supports BlackBerry® Enterprise Server CALs and is backward compatible with BlackBerry® Enterprise Server – Small Business Edition CALs. You can order additional CALs from your wireless service provider, a BlackBerry® reseller or online from the BlackBerry Store.
Move Up to BlackBerry Enterprise Server
If you need to grow beyond 30 users, you will be able to upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Server with the purchase of an upgrade kit. You can purchase the upgrade kit through your wireless service provider or online from the BlackBerry Store.
