BlackBerry MDS Services — the next generation of the BlackBerry® Mobile Data Service — are the components of BlackBerry Enterprise Server software that handle requests from BlackBerry smmartphones and manage interactions with enterprise applications. The BlackBerry MDS v4.0 Upgrade Pack includes services to support the connections and data transmission between the BlackBerry® MDS Studio Applications on the BlackBerry smartphone and Web Services.
