Customers who carry a device with BlackBerry ® Connect software will be automatically upgraded to the newest version of BlackBerry Internet Service. You will receive an email message from Research In Motion® as this date approaches.
In order to enable many of the features included in the upgrade, each of the email addresses you have configured on your BlackBerry enabled device will require a separate service book. There are a small number of BlackBerry Connect devices that support a limited number of service books and will therefore not be able to accommodate all of the email addresses that are associated with your device.
If this is the case, only your BlackBerry email address (carriername@BlackBerry.net) will be automatically upgraded. Once the upgrade has taken place, you can add as many email addresses as your device supports back on to your device
