BlackBerry Technical Support Services* - I am a member of the BlackBerry Alliance Program and have an Ingram Micro account. Can I purchase BlackBerry solutions, Client Access Licenses and BlackBerry Technical Support Services through Ingram Micro?
As a member of the BlackBerry Alliance Program and an Ingram Micro reseller you can purchase BlackBerry solutions, Client Access Licenses, BlackBerry Technical Support Services and Hosted BlackBerry® Enterprise Server services** through this channel***. To qualify for reselling BlackBerry solutions you must either have signed the appropriate schedules in the Master Alliance Agreement or approve our Rider.
- I am an Ingram Micro Reseller but I am not a BlackBerry Alliance Member. Can I purchase my BlackBerry solutions through Ingram Micro?
You can purchase BlackBerry solutions, Client Access Licenses (CALs) and BlackBerry Technical Support Services* after agreeing to our Rider.
In order to qualify to resell Hosted BlackBerry® Enterprise Server services you must be a member of our BlackBerry Alliance Solution Provider or System Integrator Programs with the appropriate certification designation. Find out more details about these programs.
