PC World Top 100 Products of 2007
In May of 2007, the BlackBerry® 8800 smartphone was ranked 5th in PC World's Top 100 Products of 2007. The Top 100 Products of 2007 are ranked by PC World magazine's editors and are based on product reviews. The BlackBerry 8800 smartphone was chosen for its sleek look and a bevy of multimedia features with a full QWERTY keyboard.

Brand Impact Awards 2007
The Research In Motion BlackBerry® smartphone was awarded the Brand Impact Award 2007, in the Smart Phone category. The award is based on a quantitative study conducted by Liquid Agency that examines a brand's relative strength based on how well it retains customers as well an overall evaluation of "brand reputation".
PC Magazine 4 Stars Rating
Sascha Segan from PC Magazine awarded the BlackBerry® 8830 smartphone 4 out of a possible 5 Stars in May, 2007.
