10 Application Development Support Incidents
Your application development support incidents allow you to work directly with the ADS team at RIM to troubleshoot problems related to custom application development for your BlackBerry smartphones. These incidents can cover environments such as the BlackBerry JDE, Plazmic® SDK, BlackBerry® Browser and BlackBerry® Mobile Data System (BlackBerry MDS).
Code Signing for Controlled APIs (Signature Keys)
You’ll receive one Signature Key, allowing access to controlled application programming interfaces (APIs) and the ability to load the application .cod files onto the BlackBerry smartphone.
