The final release of the BlackBerry® JDE Plug-in for Eclipse® v1.0 is now available.

For Java® developers who use the Eclipse® Integrated Development Environment (IDE), the free BlackBerry JDE Plug-in for Eclipse offers a familiar way to build and test rich mobile applications optimized for BlackBerry smartphones.

  • Windows® XP or Windows Vista™
  • Monitor with a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
  • PC with Intel® Pentium® 4 processor or compatible (3 GHz or higher, 1GB RAM, 1.5GB HD)
  • Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition v5.0 (BlackBerry JDE v4.1+)

Installing Eclipse Updates
